As we take a moment to celebrate all of the women throughout history who have done some incredible things we want to shine a light on 2 of our own, Tracey and Chelsee. The brand would not be what we are without their leadership, vision, and creative energy.

Name: Tracey Frye
Role: Director of Operations
Tracey is the voice of hope and boundary pushing ideas behind many of the brand’s earliest visions. From photoshoots that would highlight our commemoration of Madam Vice President Kamala's historic vice presidency to brand collaborations with worthwhile organizations that share the brand's values, she has a say in every creative project and strategic action that the brand takes.
We celebrate Tracey during Women’s International Month and every other month. We are nothing without her knowledge and strategizing.

Name: Chelsee Jones
Role: Director of Merchandising
Chelsee sees the world in her own way which is perfect for a brand that celebrates curating your own life. It is truly miraculous how she transforms any and every space MTC has been showcased. Whether it is setting up our vendor booths at road shows or making key adjustments during photoshoots, she really knows how to feature and market the brand. The driving force behind many of the brand’s visual campaigns and storytelling.
During Women’s International Month, we want to show love to Chelsee and honor her keen eye which helps elevate the brand's visual presentation.
